Information we collect from you

Your Device Information: We may gather information or use third-party plugins that gather information about the devices you use to access our Services, such as the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, device motion information, mobile network information, installed applications on the device, and phone state, to enhance your app experience and provide stability to our Services. Your transactional information: In order to process your requests and automatically fill out forms for upcoming transactions, we may gather and store information about you in a tokenized form if you use our services to make reservations or purchases. Specifically from PDPs we collect: For the purposes outlined in this policy, we specifically gather the following information from PDPs: blood type, gender, vehicle type, home address (for inventory delivery), phone number, name, Pan card, Aadhar/Voter ID, driving license bank details, location (while logged in), blood group, nominee/spouse/emergency contact details, and photos. In order to improve the quality and functionality of our services and to customize your experience using them, we use the information you give us. Additionally, we use your information to connect with you, show you relevant advertisements, support you, and fulfill our legal duties.

With partner restaurants/merchants: Your information is shared with us and the restaurants/merchants you may choose to order from when you submit an order request through the GoFood Platform. We give the restaurant/merchant your information in a way that is comparable to placing an order with them directly to streamline your online food and beverage transaction. Gofood may inform you of the progress of your order's delivery if you give them your mobile number. With Academic Partners: To conduct academic research in an anonymized and/or de-identified way, we might provide your information to our academic partners.

With Other Users: To provide the Services, we might give other users, merchants, or other service providers your name, phone number, and/or profile picture (if applicable) if you are a delivery partner.

For Crime Prevention or Investigation: Required by the relevant laws or acting in good faith to comply with court orders and procedures, we may disclose this information to

• government organizations or other businesses that are helping us;
• identifying and stopping fraud, identity theft, service misuse, and other criminal activity, whether it occurs now or in the future;

Data security precautions

• To protect the data we collect, we have put in place the proper technical and security procedures.
